FAQ
Questions I get asked.
The practical answers first. If yours is not here, ask it in a call.
Who I work with.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
I work with B2B software companies, digital platforms and technology-driven organisations that are growing, transforming or dealing with rising complexity. Typically scale-ups, established companies launching new digital products, and organisations operating across several markets, customer segments, tenants or regulatory environments.
Size matters less than the situation. What these companies have in common is that the product, the platform and the organisation all need to scale at once, and the ways of working that got them here have stopped keeping up.
When does it make sense to bring you in?
Usually when you need senior product leadership or additional momentum, but do not need or cannot yet justify a permanent full-time hire. The situations that come up most often:
— Product direction is unclear or quietly contested
— Delivery has stalled and nobody can name the actual reason
— The product works, but the organisation around it does not scale
— A leadership gap needs covering without a rushed hire
— A major platform or replatforming initiative is starting
— A strategy exists on paper but not in the roadmap
If you recognise 2 or 3 of these, it is worth 30 minutes.
Can you work in regulated or sensitive environments?
Yes. I have worked in banking, identity verification, healthcare and other environments where security, compliance, data protection and operational reliability decide what is possible.
I know how to balance regulatory and organisational constraints against customer needs, usability, technical feasibility and business goals, and how to work with legal, compliance and security stakeholders without letting complexity stop progress.
How I work.
What exactly can you help us with?
I connect product, technology, customer needs and business goals. Depending on the situation that means product strategy, discovery, roadmaps, product organisation, platform scaling, delivery, growth, stakeholder alignment, team development, or hands-on support for one specific initiative.
The focus comes from the outcome you need, not from a fixed catalogue of deliverables. The enablico Scale Framework gives us a shared map for that conversation across 6 dimensions: market, customer value, business, product, technology and organisation.
How do you typically work with clients?
Engagements range from a focused assessment to longer leadership support. 4 formats cover almost everything:
— Scale Assessment, the usual starting point
— Product and platform strategy
— Scaling initiative, hands-on support for one specific challenge
— Fractional or interim product leadership
I work closely with founders, leadership teams, product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders. The goal is to create clarity, build momentum and leave the organisation stronger, without creating a long-term dependency on me.
Do you also work hands-on with teams?
Yes. The work does not stop at a strategy presentation. I help teams turn decisions into roadmaps, priorities, experiments, requirements and concrete delivery steps.
At the same time I build the structures and capabilities that keep working after the engagement ends. If the improvement leaves when I do, the engagement has failed.
How long does an engagement usually last?
It depends on the challenge. A Scale Assessment takes 1 to 4 weeks. A focused project usually runs for several weeks or months. Fractional and interim engagements run longer and are reviewed regularly to confirm the setup still creates value.
We start with a clearly defined first phase rather than committing to a large programme upfront.
Practical questions.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope, format and duration, so I quote per engagement instead of publishing a rate card. You get a written proposal with a defined scope before anything starts, and the first phase is deliberately small enough to be a low-risk decision.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
I am based in Vienna and work with clients across the DACH region and beyond. Most of the work runs remotely, with on-site time for workshops, kickoffs and the moments where being in the room changes the outcome.
I work in English and German.
What happens during the first conversation?
A focused 30-minute call about your current situation, the challenge you are trying to solve and the outcome you want. I share a first perspective on where I see the biggest gains and whether I am the right person to help.
If there is a fit, we agree on a practical next step, usually a Scale Assessment, a workshop or a proposal. If there is not, I will say so on the call.
