How I work
The enablico Scale Framework.
I diagnose scaling complexity across 6 dimensions, then close the gap in 3 moves: assess, prioritise, build together.
What I look at
6 dimensions, one diagnosis.
Complexity rarely announces which part of the business it’s hiding in. I look in all 6 places before I prioritise any of them.
1
Market
The ground you compete on: segments, competitors and the regulation around them. Growth moves you into markets your original strategy never priced in.
2
Customer value
Why customers buy, and what they’d miss if you stopped. That answer changes for the customers you already have as much as the ones you’re chasing next.
3
Business
How the company makes money and keeps making it: model, pricing, unit economics. Complexity here shows up as revenue growing slower than the organisation supporting it.
4
Product
What you build and for whom. A product that started as a single tool becomes a platform, and platform decisions need different trade-offs than feature decisions.
5
Technology
The architecture and tooling underneath the product. What carried you to launch rarely carries you through 10x growth, and new technology such as AI adds dependencies of its own.
6
Organisation
Team structure, roles and how decisions get made. Teams that multiply without new decision rights slow down instead of speeding up.
The engagement
Assess, prioritise, build together.
The same 3 moves behind the Scale Assessment, expanded for a full engagement.
1 Assess
I map where complexity actually sits, not where the org chart assumes it does. Structured interviews across the 6 dimensions turn scattered symptoms into a written diagnosis you can act on.
2 Prioritise
Not every dimension needs work at once. I rank what’s costing you the most today against what’s cheapest to fix, so the plan targets 2 or 3 moves instead of a wish list of 6.
3 Build together
I work inside your team, not around it: shipping fixes, transferring the method, and handing over a plan your team can keep running after I leave.
